Zinc, Magnesium, and B6

    Has anyone tried taking these as a stack? What were the results?

    I am going to take 500 mg of magnesium, 100 mg of zinc and 50 mg of B6 before bed. I'll lrt you know how it works.

    So basically, what you're saying is ZMA is a crappy supplement, correct?

    If you're taking it for anything other than sleep purposes, yes.
