Hello everybody,i am new here :D
I would like to ask you about two things.
How much bodyfat do you think that i have?
And what can suggest me about my routine?
Possitive and negative comments accepted :D
So,i started training two months ago,but with minimal cardio, and now i would like to get rid of the fat.
So how much bodyfat do you think i have assuming from my pictures below.
And what you can say about routine.

    Mon:evening-training(chest)+15 min cardio
    Tus: morning-cardio-30 min,evening-training(arms)+15 cardio
    Wed:evening-training(legs)+15 min cardio
    Thu:morning-cardio-30 min,evening-training(back)+15 min cardio
    Friday:evening-training(shoulders)+15 min cardio
    Sat:morning-cardio-30 min
    Sun:rest

So,after calculations i found that approx. i need 2700 cal,to maintain my current weight,so i thought to drop it about 2000.With Macronutrient Percentages 50%cal:30%prot:20%fat.

So,do you have any advice or something? And how much time do you think i need to get to 15% bodyfat?
    Any help appreciated:tu:
    And sorry for my english.

EDIT: Did my bodyfat test today,it showed up 23,9%

    Good job......

The only thing I would suggest is instead of training individual body parts on a daily basis (which a pro lifter might do to shape/sculpt/develop the acquired muscle he has), I would ,in your case, go for more compound -based moves to build mass.

Once you have the muscle mass....then you sculpt......

I think you will gain more muscle quicker with compounds than you will breaking it all up into separate parts AT FIRST.

You could probably get better results by lifting compounds 2 or 3 times a week than going in daily to work this, that and the other.......

    Cheers......:tucool:
