workin on the "I" in fitness

    oh man guess i've moved to exclusively logging downstairs for the moment. i am still alive and focusing on hitting my "turn 30 in the leanest of my adult life" goal.

    still wandering. in the frigid north for now. :blank:

    nutrition is totally locked down again. workouts all involve a duffel bag stuffed with books and clothes. good times.

    someday i'll see the sun again and life will be good. :cool:

    There is no sun in the North....let me rephrase...theres sun but no warmth! WELCOME to the North side (and theres still snow in the parking lot at our grocery store...more like SNORT (dirt and snow combined) but its still there!

    holy smokes this journal was all the way to page four!!! :eek: don't think that's happened in YEARS! lol

    anyways life's been crazy. moved to ohio for a good job. got my rental car stolen with all my possessions in it. finally got a place and a gym. now just to finish furnishing it and get into a routine.

    i work about 64 hours a week.... so not a ton of time for anything.... but i'm going to go back on 5/3/1 next week.

    can't wait. i'm pudgy and want to get back to where i was when i left cali.

    wow that was a hard workout to motivate myself to do. worked 13 hours today. had to run some errands after work. and after i got planted on the couch for a few...... the idea of going to the gym was not a pretty one. but i drug my ass off the couch and got it done. just wanted to get a couple things in and see where i stand on front squats (since i'll be using those on squat day in 531).

    workout:

    hip mobility
    bb front squat: 75 x 6; 95 x 4; 115 x 2; 135 x 1; 155 x 1
    neutral grip pullups: bw x 4, 4
    db lunges: 35's x 16 total lunges
    leg press machine thingee: 170 x 15, 15

    and sadly, after that i could barely walk.

    now to get in a shower....slug back a protein drink.....and get to bed so i can maybe get in 6 hours before another long day tomorrow. luckily it's my friday though!!! and i have a ton of relaxing on this weekend's menu for once! yay!!! :claphigh:
