got a workout in but it was pretty much shit. i'm feeling way stressed out, which kills my appetite, gives me a headache, and has me feeling exhausted as hell.
i planned to do more.... but not a fuckin chance.
bench press: 55 x 10; 75 x 8; 95 x 5; 110 x 5; 120 x 4; 100 x 8, 8, 8
bb bulg split squats: 75 x 5/5, 5/5
pullups: +20 x 2, 2; bw x 3
gonna force something down before i milk.
it's raining. again.
i think this is the end of it though.
somehow i just managed to drag myself upstairs for 16 minutes of hiit with heavy step ups for mah evening cardio.
showered. shoved down a little food. i need to drink a protein drink and then i'm gonna head to bed. at 8pm.
tomorrow's a new day.

Have said as much to her? Maybe you can work out a compromise where you can keep a certain number of days open but you need some level of commitment in return?
Personally, I would miss you terribly if you weren't around as much. And this is all about me.
Yesterday must have been the day for lousy workouts because I had one also. We'll get 'em next time Deja!
i already have to keep afternoons and saturdays open. there's little chance of me finding a job that needs two other days open as well.
actually the ideal would be if she would just go to part time. then she wouldn't get called off and would get to work more (which as any mom knows is more like vacation at this point, compared to 7 days a week with the kiddies)
but then this still wouldn't solve the problem of having my partner look down on me.
oh yeah we will.
damn i was in bed for 12 hours.
need to get some cardio in this morning.
my wink is havin da shrink.
looks like it's going to be a brilliantly sunny day so i'll try to depastify a bit between soap batches and running errands.

morning cardio kicked my ass.
did some light sled drags, jogging, sprinting, and step ups.
32 mins----avg hr 147----276 cals burned
after the sled drags..... on the jog back to the house.....my heart rate was in the 160's so i decided to do a full out sprint for about 10-12 seconds to see how high i could get it. only got up to about 176.
tried to take an ab photo in the mirror and i look like a fat, white cow.
must eat. asap!
this was good eatin yesterday. i love that macro. its hot. and its friggin hard to get that mix.
tonight i got in a bunch of stretching, foam rolling, hip mobility, core work and did some giant glycogen depleting sets of rows, presses, and curlz.
tomorrow i get carbs!
day 61 nutrition:
ok...... after dreaming about carbs all night..... i decided to put off the refeed for one more day. mostly cuz i have a lot to do today, so it will be easy to keep the calories low; and then tomorrow i have the whole day off and we're probably gonna take a picnic to da beach.
guess that means i need to go get in some cardio.

actually i changed mah mind on the cardio and decided to get some food in my belly and then just have a full body weight session while i have some free time this morning.
decided to just to a push workout today. tomorrow i'll do the pull and probably deadlift for the first time in 3 weeks.
foam rolling, shoulder circuit
bb push press: 55 x 8; 85 x 2; 115 x 1; 130 x 1 (PR)
bb front squat: 70 x 10; 90 x 10; 100 x 10
bb strict military press: 65 x 5; 85 x 5; 95 x 3
yay so i finally got the bodyweight push press! and on my fourth day of low carb/low cal.
it was all mental. my physical energy was major low.
half an inch of water and you think u're gonna drown. aint that the truth?
