workin on the "I" in fitness

    i'm smellin a wager!!

    srsly it will probably be very close. i'm at about 130 this week.

    i saw 125 a bit while cutting....but that was a dry weight. with any bloat i'm about 5 lbs over that. :ohnoes:

    definitely chasing the triple bw.

    i want to get that in the next year or two.

    375 at a bw of 125 would probably be the most likely. but who knows.

    ewww!

    working all day today at the secretary gig.

    its our friends birthday shindig tonight..... should be a blast.

    my back's feeling spiffy. no major doms. mild doms in my upper back and a tad in the lower.

    workout:

    bench press: 85 x 8; 105 x 5; 125 x 2; 135 x 1; 85 x 12
    military press: 85 x 4, 4, 4, 4
    curls n shit

    they were actually nice n tight. :D

    damn i've been so busy lately. getting over 55 hours of work the last few weeks. this week has been insane. today i had to get up and milk.... then come over here to watch the kids all day..... then i have to milk again tonight. gonna be a long day.

    been partying and eating out almost every night. :blank: the result is a nice flabby midsection. i need to clean things up a bit. and seriously stop having a few beers every single night. :spank:

    coan philippi week 2 tomorrow. then we're going to the fair in the evening. i'm sure i'll eat more junk there. :love:

    life is good. its nice having more cash lately. especially for the little things like being able to take our friends out for dinner and stuff. :nod:

    so my freakin period STILL hasn't shown up. wtf?? i've been having pms symptoms for WEEKS. my tits are ridiculously swollen and soooo sore. i am over two weeks late. damn u hormones!!!!! :curses:

    i'm FINALLY done working today. started at 5am and its 7:45pm now. what really sucks is that in a 15 hour day i still make less than kali makes in less than half that time. i'm glad she's my sugah mamah!! :D

    Actually, I know how you feel. Hell, my boss, who makes lots and lots more than me, makes way less than half what my husband makes.

    Me = nothing without the man of the house.

    Man of the house = fine with or without me.

    i was about to ask you about that yesterdaY; that's weird 14 days is REAL LATE, especially when you have PMS the whole time, man you must be a pain to live with at the moment:eek:

    wow you are managing to do your workouts on top of 55 hour weeks, :claplow::claplow:

    :confused: i live with somebody?? :lol: seriously i haven't seen much of kali lately. when we're home together usually one of us is sleeping.

    well i didn't get my squat workout in last week.

    and now today i have to postpone my coan phillipi workout til saturday. i got sucked into helping put in a giant septic system for the goat dairy and that involved a ton of shoveling dirt and gravel all morning. 6 hours later and i'm toast. we did some damn good work though and saved em thousands of dollars. (and i did it for free). it's nice having a heavy equipment operator in the family. :nod:

    time to shower, smoke a bowl, and head to the fair with the inlaws. kali has to work..... but it should still be fun.

    i'm absolutely exhausted today. didn't get home from the fair until late. then i was up half the night with really really bad cramps. aunt flo FINALLY showed up around 3am. i have no idea why she is over 2 weeks late. bitch!

    so i got a couple hours of sleep in there somehow and then had to be up at 5am to milk so i could be over here with the chitlins by 8. i have to watch them all day and then milk again tonight. hopefully i can sneak a nap in during the little one's nap time.

    tomorrow there is no sale so i should have most of the day off. definitely need to get up early and get the c/p workout in.

    deadlift warmup: 135 x 5; 185 x 3; 225 x 2
    deadlift: 275 x 2
    speed deads: 220x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
    3 circuits of:
    -sldl: 185 x 8
    -bent bb row: 100 x 8
    -chin ups: bw x 4
    -arched back good mornings: 110 x 8

    this was pretty hard. i'm absolutely exhausted now. kali just made me pancakes so i'm off to eat those with a big tall glass of milk/choc whey. :drool::drool::drool:
