Where did it all go wrong?

    Today at the gym my weight was 71.4 kg. I am getting closer to the 70 kg goal. I hope to reach it in two months.

    I crossed the 10 kg weight loss mark.

    My weight is around 72 kg right now. I shall wait a couple of weeks then change something.

    Right now my exercise is gym on wednesday and sunday and 2 hours of cardio on saturday.

    All right. It seems that I have settled at 72 - 73 kg weight range. That's 10 kg loss since June 2018, almost a year ago.
    I am not fully satisfied (I want to be below 70 and see my abs), so I'll keep working.
    I am currently running twice a week and go to the gym twice a week. Diet is good, but not perfect, so this is where I need to improve.

    I am really happy about my running. I set a personal record of 25 minute 5K. I want to keep my time on this distance at 25:30 - 25:45 range and try for 24:30 at the end of summer.
