Where did it all go wrong?

    My weight is stable at 77.1 kg. I shall wait one more week before making changes to my diet. I have room for improvement: remove unnecessary snacks and start eating 5 times a day on weekends too. The weight on exercises is up, I am getting stronger. I can do 5 pull ups now. I also set a PR on rowing machine: 1 km in 4 minutes on 10th lvl (max).
    Took part in corporate relay ski race. Our team took 7th place out of 12, not bad! I promised I shall improve my time next winter by a minute or two :) (men ran 2.5 km).

    Went skiing last evening and did 5 km in 30 minutes freestyle. Gotta train for the next year's competition :)

    It seems right now my skiing speed is equal to my running speed. I think I can run faster now, though, due to the 5 kg weight loss. I am going to find out come spring!

    I tweaked my diet by reducing the 3rd and the 5th meal. I was overshooting my optimal 1850 calories. Today I am 76 kg. My BMI is 24.8, which finally places me at the upper limit of Normal Weight! :claphigh: I am no longer overweight and 400 grams slimmer than a year ago!
    I lost 6 kg since last summer. Need to go to 6x th to have a six pack, so that's the goal.
    My lifts are getting stronger. I can do 5 pull ups, 5 chin ups and 6 dips.

    I have reached another goal: I am below 75 at 74.95 kg. Next goal is 70 kg, after which I hope to have my abs visible.

    Been on vacation and was afraid that I would pick up a few kilos. However, I lost 300 grams! I guess, eating small really became my habit.

    My weight yesterday was 73.7 kg. I think I shall reach the 70 kg goal by summer. After that, I hope, I shall have my abs visible. Then, I shall try to gain muscle mass. I think, I am going to aim at 74 kg with muscle on.

    I closed my skiing season with 84 km total and started running. So far, I ran 2 times and made a bit over 10 km. I want to run a couple of races in the summer, 10 and 21 km.

    Weight is below 74 kg, which is good. Been cheating on snacks, which is bad. I have room for improvement.

    Weight loss is an interesting process. I was holding at 74 kg for awhile, up until three days ago. And today I was 72.5! Go figure. That's 1.5 kg loss in 3 days. And I did not change anything in my diet. 70 kg goal is close. :gl:

    Weight went back up again, but today I was a tad below 73.

    All right. I am 72 kg. That's 10 kg loss since june last year.
