Where did it all go wrong?

    I exceeded my goal and walked/ran 110 km this month. I didn't lose any weight and am 81.6 kg now. I need to tweak my diet.

    My weight is stable at 81.2 kg. My diet tweaks are working, I am not getting any fatter. I need to go to the gym more often. I skipped a month due to an eye surgery.

    It is! It started creeping up to 84 last month, but I reversed that trend.

    I am again below 80 kg at 79.7.
    My diet tweaks are working. I eat 5 times a day, more healthy foods.

    I could not believe it, but I lost half a kilo more! 79.2 now.

    Actually, I did quite good! I gained 1 kg, but quickly lost it during holidays. 79.9 yesterday.

    Also, yesterday I was able to do 1 pull up and 2 muscle ups! My shoulder gets back to normal, I believe! :)

    I am at my lowest weight since last winter, when I was 76.4 kg. But I also was not in shape.
    Today I was 79.1 kg.

    I am below 79 at 78.6 kg. It is easier for me to maintain my diet while at work. I just unpack my chicken and veggies at my desk and eat right there.

    I lost another 600 grams and now I am 78 kg. I also managed to do 2 pull ups and 3 muscle ups. Progress!! :guitar:

    My weight is holding below 79 kg, which is good.
    Now I can do 3 pull ups, 3 chin ups (dunno why I called them muscle ups) and 4 dips! I could not do dips since forever!
    Now my goal is 10 pull ups.

    Weight is 78 kg. Can not do barbell squats, because my shoulder is still not 100% and I can not bring my arm behind my back to grab a barbell.

    I can not tell you how glad I am to be able to do dips and pull ups again! For me it is like a line between being fat and being fit. Of course, there still is a lot of work to do and weight to lose, but being 5 kgs lighter and having a shoulder at almost 100% is so great! :)

    bicep 32 cm;
    thigh 57 cm;
    calf 37 cm.

    I am below 77 kg today! Was 76.95. I hope this weight loss brings changes to my running. Being light is beneficial to running. Can't wait for the spring to come!

    Weight is down to 76.65 kg. Last winter I was 76.4. It will be a nice milestone to reach.

    Weight is a bit up: 77.1 kg. I won't change my diet now. I shall wait a couple of weeks. If nothing changes I shall lower calories a bit.
    I also was able to do 5 pull ups.
