We have a local Steak restaurant named Steer House. This is what I get:

Salad times 2 - this is one of the main reasons I go. It is the best salad I have ever had. It is a salad bar where you make your own and all you can eat. I mound a plate with lettuce, sunflower seeds, croûtons, bacon bits, boiled egg (chopped), French Dressing and 2 homemade rolls.

    next

    6 ounce steak - medium
    8 ounce popcorn shrimp
    baked potato - butter

    next

The second reason I like this place. Soft serve Ice Cream times 2 - Vanilla Ice Cream toped with a little strawberry sauce and a lot of (the best) chocolate sauce and two brownies.

    WATER to drink.

    I love this place!! :spank:

You can get it over 2000 calories if you really load it up:

    http://www.chipotlefan.com/

Plus, sometimes they really pack a lot into one burrito, more than the serving sizes listed on that site.

Chipotle burritos are my weakness too :eat:

Edit: I just realized I included an order of chips in my calorie calculation, still though, those things can end up containing a huge amount of calories (though I wouldn't recommend eating just one burrito as your entire day's food intake).

My favorite cheat meal used to be all you can eat wings at mickey finns (Branch of gator's). But since I've been eating clean, I can't even bring myself to cheat; I just don't have the urge anymore not do I want to. My cheat meal now, really isn't even a cheat. It's a 12" homemade sub made with 100% whole wheat bread that my wife makes along with turkey, roast beef, lettuce, lots of onions, and spicy mustard.

The whole thing comes in at around 500 calories.

My favourite cheat meal would have to be plain whole almonds - especially when they are really nice and fresh.

Although I eat them on a regular basis, my favorite foods are pretty much any kind of cereal and peanut butter.

Once a week. Although you could probably get away with more frequent cheating. Up to you :)

When my priority has been fat loss, maybe about once every six months, coinciding with special occasions. At other times, maybe about once a month.

I thought it would be funny to count this up today...

On my way to the gym I pass TWENTY walk-up restaurants...I don't mean fast food exactly, and I'm not counting sit-down restaurants...I pass something like 4 pizza-by-the-slice places, 13 schwarma/falafel/shwarma joints, 3 street vendors (one has almonds and coconut, one has corn, one has DONUTS! THE DUDE COOKS FREAKING DONUTS ON THE STREET!!!), and then there are a couple bakeries with things outside.

Also, 2 of the schwarma places have beer taps *outside* that I have to side step....

One of these days I'm going to cheat my ASS off!

I cheat once a week on the same day....it's a reward for eating clean the entire week, and it also helps the metabolism keep up its pace. :)

My favorite cheats are (and I hate fast food for the most part):
Carl's Jr Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger & Order of Onion rings or Criss Cut Fries
    Pizza!!!
    BJ's Oreo Cookie Pizookie
    Burrito from Chipotle or equivalent

And when I move back to the central coast this summer (SLO), I can't way to get a Tri-Tip Sandwich and Fries from Firestone. Maybe a beer, but lately I can't bring myself to drink alcohol.

well, not quite, but that's probably what a lot of people do and end up coming here to lose that weight for, in the first place

    Pancakes

My favorite cheat meal is anything with lots of carbs....currently a stack of 3 homemade pancakes topped with honey, blueberries, strawberries. I can never eat more than 3...although, before I start I always think I can eat way more.

    V:eat:

I love Thai food (especially Pad Thai). Instead of eating an entire unhealthy, carb-loaded order once a week as a cheat meal, i've learned to make a healthier (way healthier) version-

    1. Pad Thai Sauce (from Thai Kitchen) - 4 tbsp (140cals)
    2. Veggies - broccoli, onions, green onions, bean sprouts (100 cals??)
    3. Shritaki Noodles (yam noodles) - 4 servings (80 cals - that's right, 80 cals)
    4. Large jumbo sized shrimp - (100 cals)
    5. Chicken breast (sliced) - 8 oz (200 cals)
    6. Salt, soy sauce, red pepper flakes

Makes 2-3 servings (large ones too).
Total cals = 620-700 cals (makes each meal 200-300 cals max)
    Awesome!
