What muscles does this machine work?

    Primary and secondary. I'd guess biceps, triceps, lats... what else?


    It's a barbell with one end bolted to the floor and you put a weight on the other end, straddle it, and row it towards you.

    Sounds like a t-bar row. It hits primarily back and also biceps as secondary. Doesn't hit triceps at all.

    Could also be a landmine (more free-form than a T-bar rack, which due to the set up and pads and such is more restrictive). If it is a landmine, you can row it, or you can use it for pressing overhead, which will hit completely other muscles.

    If you google "landmine exercise" or something like that, you can see some pics of how to use.
