I personally like building models. No matter what you're interested in, you can find something. I'm not sure that indoor hobbies are healthy, but that is besdies the point.

    -Modeling
    -Reading
    -Video Games
    -Watching Movies

Those are my favorites and they are all very easy to pick up. I didn't mention cooking, but that should be a given if you lift. :)

Chess - Easy to play, very difficult to play well. I use Chessmaster X.

Painting - I use acrylics and mostly paint abstract pieces (partly because I can't draw). Chuck on some great music, throw some paint around and have a ball.

Reading - There are so many great books out there and many that will change your life and the way you think.

Language Learning - Really fun and addictive once you gain some momentum and start getting fueled by your progress. Will open many doors.

Play a musical instrument - I play guitar and am learning the piano. The great thing about today's music is that it's so easy to play and you can have a great time banging out some tunes, even if you sound horrible (like myself).

Fixing Cars - This one is on my list to do some day. I'd love to buy an old beaten up classic and restore it brand new. Car or motorcycle. The only problem is I know absolutely nothing about fixing anything:rolleyes: .....

This school year is the First time ive tried painting with anything other than watercolor. I draw- dont deal in color. We are using acrylics.. and i find it so godawful impossible. They dry So quickly- and are So hard to blend, you know?
    -----------------

Anyway- i like to read, draw, write poetry, play dance dance revolution  (though that can be outdoors), browse the Intraweb, dance around to music in general, watch movies, annnd sleep :D

Electric RC helicopters are a fun way to pass the time away. Plus, they're a ton of fun outside as well.:D There are about eight of us here at work that have these. Of course with the 1:1 scale copters outside my office, it seems fitting.
