I looking to find some brands of home gyms that utilize cables and pulleys with handles as well as bars. I know BodyCraft makes one as does Lamar. Anyone know of any other manufacturers and a good place to buy online? Here is what I'm talking about, this is BodyCraft's version Thanks for the help

That is one sweet machine TSG. Unfortunately with those you would need a pretty big room and have to buy a completely seperate leg press. Thanks for the reply
WhereBob, I have a friend who is very happy with this one. http://www.tuffstuff.net/product/ody-5-odyssey-5-home-gym.html
Yes, that is true but I found the leg press attachments that attach to most home gyms are somewhat limited. In fact, I have an Inspire Fitness M3 (the absolute best single station Home Gym IMO, pricey but fantastic) and decided to buy a seperate leg press as opposed to the M3 LP attachment. I purchased this one:
Actually, it's pretty reasonable. Powertec has it listed on their site for $599 but I got it from Gymcor.com who had it under their "clearance" section for $479 (including free shipping).
If that includes the weights that is pretty reasonable. How much weight does it come with and or is on there? Oh and BTW the arms on that dude in your avatar are incredible, who is that?
No, it doesn't come with the plates. I picked up 600 lbs. of 50lb plates at "Play-it-Again Sports" for less than 50 cents per pound... and the dude in the avatar is me, thanks.
Do the pulleys on the vertical beams adjust up and down or can you only do cable crossovers from the top?
Yes, you can't really tell from this photo but there are holes every 4" to adjust the pulleys from the bottom to the top of the vertical beams.
