weekly 1-hour challenges

    I've been taking part in weekly 1 hour challenges, really trying to push myself, here's what I've done so far,

    UPDATE:
    Completed another challenge, 1 hour Single Leg Jump Rope non stop,I did roughly 1000+

    I'll be honest and admit that I didn't watch the videos. So the idea us to do one exercise or movement for one hour? Wow. Good job.

    hi,
    yeah one exercise for one hour, it sounds easy, but boy is it hard, it usually takes me 3-4 days to recover once i'm done with the challenge

    I finally clicked on a link. Is that you in the video? What is this challenge? It doesn't appear to be your standard 1 hour challenge.

    yeah, it's me, it's a challenge a youtuber by the name of fitness addict came up with, It seemed interesting, I wanted to see if I could do it, I managed to do it on my first try too, I might do more of these shorter challenges, in the future
