Week of Perfection #5 (April 30-May 6)

    Rules: Must be perfect the WHOLE 7 days with diet and exercise. No excuses! Exceptions: Getting sick or injured. In these cases I don't think you should be penalized for unscheduled resting.

    You have to post the following day to report how you did on the previous day. Or if you like you can post at the end of each day.

    Also, if you slip up and deviate from your own diet plan or miss working out on a day that you planned to workout for, you're out of the challenge and you'll have to wait until the next "Week of Perfection Challenge" to participate again. (Exceptions: Getting sick or injured)

    This challenge is open to everyone and starts on April 30th.

    45 mins of weightlifting
    40 mins of bicycle (outdoor)

    Monday: Only did upperbody weight training. Gym was packed at around 8:30pm. I usually go earlier. Had no problems though. Eating was spot on. Perfect Day. :cool:

    Monday (yesterday, reporting on Tuesday): My eating is as targeted. Exercise 30min cardio in the morning.

    Overall. a good day. But you know what my plan is to do the weight training at night. Yesterday was supposed to be my upper body training and... I didn't do it. -_-" Today, is the start of my 100 point challenge. So no more excuses... But I guess I'm out again.....

    Good is not anywhere any great. Next week I'll join you in and will do better.

    BlueThunder are you thinking of perfect day challenge?

    ***I really hope I can last longer this time but my novels took me away from my exercise. This is always the case. You know when you're so involved in one that you couldn't put it down... :cry:

    Tuesday: very good day. A lot of cardio (35 km bicycle outside, in the rain no less)

    I'm sure you'll do great in the 100 challenge. Just focus on today and pretty soon you'll have a few days in a row which will give you some momentum to keep going. You can do it! :tu:

    Tuesday: Perfect day. Ate below 2000 calories and rested today. Got a little sunburned though. :mad:

    Wednesday: Perfect food, plus 1 hour on the treadmill. Knees and hip felt pretty good.

    Thusday: Perfect eating. Got a little burned again and it was cloudy. Guess I should use some of that sunscreen I bought the other day.

    Plans for Sunday: some 75 km on bicycle
