umami heaven, nearly zero czrbs, zero cals

    First, make some leek broth by trimming and slicing and cleaning some leeks then boiling in lots of water for 20 minutes or so. (About 2 cups of water per leek.) With that lovely broth, pour one cup into a mug, add a teaspoon or cube of chicken bouillion, and a squeeze of lemon. Nuke if the broth isn't still hot. This is so rich for so little. As for the salt, not a problem if you don't have major health issues. For those on low carb it is recommended to drink bouillian to help with that pesky side effect.
