Twelve Days To Christmas Challenge

    Four healthy meals, around 1,800 calories for the day. Rest day as planned.

    I think it is day 5, it is wed 12/17.

    15 min on nordictrac, post workout shake.

    Reached my goals yesterday and having already moved iron am on my way to reaching the hydration goal for another winner of a day.

    I'm not going to be much help. I only run one marathon a year. :D

    Maybe I'll start doing my warmup drill again which includes pushups.

    Day # something.

    Prework out shake and coffee drank.
    Lower B workout complete.
    Yummy eggs and muffin eaten.


    This muffin was the best one yet for nooks and crannies. I'm finishing the batch of muffins I made. I'll have to make more this coming week.

    Prework out shake: as usual two scoops ON gold standard whey vanilla
    Upper B complete see my journal for details
    Two eggs over easy and an English muffin post workout.

    I normally buy the chocolate whey. I bought a 6 pound bag at Costco. I grabbed the vanilla by accident. I'm glad I made the mistake. I like the vanilla as well. It is not nasty like my wife's diet shake vanilla.

    3 healthy meals + upper body lifting. Party food and beer in the evening. Goal met.

    Today is a planned rest day. I forgot to pack my protein mix. I have to go to the grocery store layer today, so I will pick something up. Hopefully I can find some ON gold standard but I will take what I find.

    Ate four healthy meals, ending up around 2,300 calories. Lifted in early evening. Job done!

    I didn't hydrate enough on Saturday and Sunday and I didn't do any exercise yesterday. I'm righting the ship today.

    Switched the order due to timing.

    Breakfast first --eggs and muffin
    Lower A complete
    Post workout protein shake. Today was 1 scoop CVS chocolate in whole milk

    Pre-workout shake - 1.5 cups whole milk and 1 scoop CVS powder
    Workout - Upper A completed
    Post workout breakfast - 2 eggs overeasy on a muffin.

    Hydrated and exercised yesterday. Ran this morning and am working on the hydration.
