    1/26/04 My first day. I'm writing this because i'm sure in a few months when I actually know what i'm doing i'll look back and laugh :spaz: If anyone besides me actually reads this post please feel free to tell me what i've done wrong and what I can do better.

    Breakfast 9:30 am
    Zone Perfect Strawberry bar
    210 cal

    Lunch 1:00 pm
    Salad
    Letuce
    handfull of croutons
    1 cup of Tuna
    1 tbsp fat free dressing

    snack 4:00 pm
    Zone Perfect Strawberry bar

    Workout 6:00 pm

    Chest and biceps
    Flat bench 3 sets of 12
    Incline bench 3 sets of 12
    Dumbell butterfly's 3 sets of 12
    Dumbell curls 3 sets of 12
    Flat bar curls 3 sets of 12

    Cardio
    30 minutes on treadmill alternate speeds and heights.

    Dinner after workout Hamburger on half of a burger bun and about a gallon of water.
