TheChop's SGX Pics

    This is my first time really doing any sort of poses. I just sent off an extremely long e-mail to Swole detailing my first three weeks on the program. Today I woke up weighing 267.4lbs with the Tanita saying 33.4 on the BF.

    I started SGX at 273. 4 and the Tanita saying 35%. I observed a steady downtrend in BF% and weight my first two weeks until cheat day when it would spike up again and settle back down. This third week has been rough and that daily trend hasn't continued which is no big deal. I just like seeing the data pile up.

    Goin' great so far Chop! I'm seeing the most drastic differences on your back just above your butt and in your face and neck. You're really reducing all over. Lookin' forward to followin' your progress!

    I didn't check this thread for awhile and then come back to all this support. That's great to hear everyone. Here is my Week 5 pics. I believe my flexing is a bit off/different compared to the Week 3. I've got the "regular" pics from about every other day on a memory stick just need to resize them and put them online.

    Awesome progress man!!! WIth swole as your trainer you got nothing to worry about... just keep it up... trust me that's the key!

    Once again don't see too much of a difference. I really had my spine extended more in these pictures. I just got off of taking a three day break in the program over Memorial Day. I'd been a little burnt out the week before but then I lost my gym card and the gym was not staffed during the weekend since it's 24/7 let yourself in. It turned out alright. I had felt stuck on scale weight for awhile which was getting somewhat frustrating but I knew that wasn't where the gold is at. Then first day of being off the program and I went down three pounds taking care of that little demon. Can really tell it in my arms tonight. I've pretty much got my momentum back and am looking at a good two weeks of consistant programage.

    No shit. I haven't had one since I started back in Feburary. I tend to let it grow out shaggy then get it cut rather close. I'm at 259 right now. After the haircut I'm looking at getting sub 200.

    This last week has been tough. My lower back has been giving me fits. Getting those midtime blues I guess. I weighed in this morning at 258.6. It's just a short month or so before I hit sub 250.

    Also I've been enjoying the longer wilder looking hair so I've kept it. :neener:
