Do microwaved yams/sweet potatoes come out similarly to regular potatoes?

Maya... Are you a chef or just a master of presentation? Every meal picture you post has me drooling!

Ok, here is the usual way I make chicken breasts.
I warm up a large skillet and spray some PAM. I throw in about 1/2 cup of green onions and 1 cup mushrooms.
Right away I put about 5-6 chicken breats. I pour some water in (so there is about 1/2 inch in a pan)
I sprinkle the chicken with paprika or curry
Cook on medium for 10 min, turn the chicken breast over, sprinkle the herbs again (add water of nessesary).
I let it cook under the cover till the chicken is cooked (another 15 min or so).
Then I take the chicken breasts out and throw in veggies (green beans/ mixed veggies/broccoli into the mushroom/ green onions stock. Cook for few minutes.
    Serve with the chicken.

    First time poster.

So I've noticed that no one uses olive oil, only Pam. Does anyone use olive oil instead of cooking spray?

I probably should have added the Lemon and Herbs seasoning before I took the photos, but, um, imagine Lemon and Herbs seasoning on the omelet and veggies.

Also, I should be doing my class readings. :blank:
