140kg for 5 reps. I'm gonna hit 150kg (330lbs) for 5 next week hopefully.

Barbell back squat:
I opened my knees too quickly compared to my hips and got stuck a little too forward, so I was forced down, sinking the bar onto the safeties.
Barbell back squats: 3x8x315#
After months of squatting light due to ITB injury, it felt great to go 400+ pound again! I threw on 405 hoping to get 5 reps, but to my surprise, I was able to get twice that on my second set!
Set 1: 405 x 8
Set 2: 405 x 10
Squats 3 x5 @ 165 lbs today. Give me 4 more weeks and I'll be cracking bodyweight!

On the Super Squat program, 2nd week. Weight is getting HEAVY for 20 reps, wow.
