The Lose 30+ Pounds Challenge

    I DID IT!

    Start: Day 1:Feb 18th: 258lbs
    Today: Day 89: May 17th: 228lbs

    Next goal for me is to get to 220 by June 15th.

    I started my keto diet a couple weeks ago. I weighed myself at 222 when I started. I'm down to 212 today! Now my weight loss should slow to 2-4 pound a week. I might actually have a shot at reaching my goal! The diet doesn't seem to be bothering me as much this time. Heres to hoping my will power prevails this time!

    Here's my progress so far:

    Mar 12th 200lbs
    Mar 19th 196lbs
    Mar 26th 194lbs
    Apr 9th 191lbs
    Apr 23rd 188lbs
    May 7th 182lbs
    May 21st 184lbs (gained 2lbs:bang:

    Total Weight Loss so far: -16lbs
    Body Fat% Mar 12th 31%
    Body Fat% May 7th 23% -8%:D

    I just weighed in this morning to see that I have gained two pounds. I must admit I was a little out of control this week, so I can't make excuses, I just have to work harder, i'm still on target for my goal, so I will just push it out. See ya in two weeks:nod:

    Goal: 160-165lbs & 15% body fat
    Goal person to resemble: female boxer Laila Ali

    211 this morning..... Only 1 pound this week.... However I had an entire 16" new york style pizza and 2 entire giant bags of chips for a cheat meal on saturday! Sorry carb cravings got the better of me! I'm paying for it now! It was worth it! Probably would have been about 209 or so without it. It's taken like 3 days now for my weight to come back down... I needed the cheat meal bad. Now i'm back to the diet! I'm guessing that my final weight will be like 205 on June 15. But I'm not stopping until 185! I might try a little more drastic keto for a week or so if I feel up to it... But even the slow 1-3 pounds a week is ok for me right now.

    High: 256 2/06
    First Cut: 199 6/06
    New Start: 215 ~3/07
    Fell off the wagon: 225 5/07
    Current 211 6/07
    Goal 185 8/07???

    I'm back and I weighed in this morning and I stayed the same. I'm not to upset because I did just come back from vacation, and you know how vacations can be, but I must admit I only had one bad meal on two different days while I was away and I was a gone for 5 days. If it wasn't for working out while I was away I probably would have gained, so I will continue to work hard. Since we only have 8 days left, it looks like i'm not going to make goal for this challenge, but i will not stop until i reach my goals. June4th

    I failed.

    Starting weight: 242
    Ending weight: 230

    Fell short by over 50%.

    I'll keep plugging...

    Failed as well. Hit a plateau about a month to a month and a half in, but still managed to lose about 20 pounds.

    Well I am very damn late, and i want to say that i most likely failed, because with work and school i really could not keep track of this.

    However, i would like to say that i have lost alot of weight, and am now floating from 210 to 215 ish.
