    Thanks for the support. I'm gonna get back on the horse, actually. I know if I allow myself to get knocked off, it'll be a long time before I can muster up the ambition to get back in. It's happened too many times.

    Stick strict with your diet too and I am sure you will continue to lose pounds anyways, all be it slower, but some is better then none.

    New Stats

    Well i'm at 215 today.... On paper it looks like I Gained a pound, but I'm actually down a couple. I'll explain: Over the past few weeks my weight has been creeping up slowly. I was at 224 about a week ago. I think it had something to do with the weekend binge of 44 spring rolls, drinking, and 3 pizza's.... Go figure? Anyway, I've been pretty good with the diet recently and have started jogging 20+ miles this week. All of which has dropped me down to 215 again. I guess I found out what really hurts me. I need to stop the weekend binging! Strange that last year I was able to drop so easily even with the weekend partying and now I can't. Here's hoping the next 15 pounds go quickly!

    Down to 222, although that equates to only 2-3 pounds lost over the last 3 weeks or so because of my screwup over Easter and the injuries. I guess holding steady and making a little progress isn't as bad as going totally backward, but it's not good either.

    Starting a new 4 day per week, full body compound weight training plan on Monday (Saturday is laid out as an Abdominals day, so I'm skipping that for obvious reasons and giving myself a bit more time for recovery). Hopefully I'll have the willpower to tack on 10 minutes of HIIT at the end of the weight training, and 45 minutes morning LISS on the off days. But my hate for cardio is strong, so we'll see.

    All in all, however, to date, this equates to 17 pounds lost in 52 days, or approximately 1/3 of a pound per day. I wouldn't call that "melting off", but everything is definitely going well. Actually starting to hear compliments. My dad figures I've lost thirty, fourty pounds. Hah. I suppose it's entirely possible that it looks like I've lost more than 17 due to added muscle weight showing up on the scale.

    At this rate I am right on target to lose 30 pounds in 90 days.

    Stay the course, fellas. It can definitely be done by anyone if my fat, pizza eating ass can do it.

    Weekly update for 4/30:

    Start Weight: 242
    Goal Weight: 212
    Current Weight: 231

    According to the scale, I didn't drop anything when I weighed myself this morning. But I suspect that's due to some salty popcorn I had watching movies with my wife. Friday, I was down 2 pounds for the week, so I don't think I gained 2 pounds between Saturday and today. If it's just water weight, it will catch up in next week's update.

    Sorry Guys The Last 2 weeks have been busy
    2 Weeks ago I was 207 now i'm 205 not good i'm going to have to make May the best month for real. Now i think i have strept throat which is not good i hope i don't :(

    Hmmm

    Well I'm still in the challenge! I just joined my first 100 challenge yesterday too! I was 216 this morning. Although i'll be 221 tonight.... My weight changes by 5 pounds between morning and night..... Probably from all the water I drink.... Had 2200 cals on tues but 2700 yesterday.... I think i'm going to strive for 2400 cals as a goal. any less and I get hungry too easy. Either that or I'm going to cut carbs and up my cardio to reduce hunger. At least on low carb i'm never hungry!

    I actually started my fitness committment on Feb. 18th and my goal was to be under 230 by May 18th (90 days) Which was 28 pounds. But what the hell, 228's even better. Count me in! I'm 5 pounds away!

    Hi fello, since one month i lost only little more than 3 kgs :read: yes u read well only 3 kgs !!! i think i am exchanging my fat for some muscles coz i am more slim but my weight is not what i expected. In 1 month i made 2 "extras" meals only wich are 1 pizza and pastry (same day), but i always done my 12 hours/weeks exercises and diet is going well. Will see my change in a month.

    05 april = 85kgs
    06 may = 81.7 kgs

    I had a similar problem as Kantscience's above this week.

    Last week I weighed in at 219.5, this week I weighed in at 219.8.

    I had some pizza one night, that's it. Other than that, my eating has been spot on and pretty hardcore. My workouts have been brutal and about an hour and a half.

    Usually I'd lose 2.5 - 4 pounds in a week. My maintenance calorie level is about 3500-3750, thus eating at ~2000 per day (give or take up to 200) would logically put me down three pounds, or at least two if you TOTALLY overcompensate for how many calories the pizza may have been. That's not even counting calories burned during exercise.

    Did I put on 3+ pounds of muscle in a week during a cut? Seems pretty unlikely... so I'm a little confused.

    with a name like that im guessing your a WoWer. but its not uncommon for muscle to be gained, but depends on how much you had before you started. i would think, no?

    Well i've decided to change things up a little... I'm not sure if i'll be able to be 190 as planned by June 31, however I'm going to really try. I've switched to a Keto diet again.... It's worked before and it'll work again but I usually get bored with them after a month or so.... I'm also switching my workouts to 3 days a week full body rather than the split I was using before. I should drop 5-6 pounds of water in the next couple days. Then the fat loss should kick in. Ugh! not looking forward to the 4 days of fog until my body switches over to fat burning. If I dont cheat I should be 8-10 pounds lighter in like a week, and then about 3 pounds a week after that! Heres to hoping I don't cheat on it like last time!
