Well, last week was a bad one. Decent week, mediocre weekend, capped off with the mother of all cheat meals Sunday night! (Friend in town from England)

Scale says up 3, but I think that's a lot of water weight after a big restaurant dinner. Best case is that I maintained for the week.

    Start: 242
    Current: 240 (guess)
    Goal: 212

    Not sticking with diet!

Well, where to start? The first time I dieted last year at around this same time, I was able to loose 50 lbs. In the 9 months since I stopped I have tried dieting about 3-4 times with no luck! Ugh! It's all about willpower with me. I'll be good for 6 days straight and on the 7th day i'll eat and drink my way to 6000 cals. I'm going to try really hard over the next 6 weeks to see how well I can stick to the diet. Oh, and as for my progress? (Or lack thereof):

    Start 211
    Current 217!
    Goal 185

Hope everyone here is having better progress than me! :gl:

Not been a good week. Went from 242 to 240, stayed at 240 and now at 241.

Not going to make 212 by 6/12 at this pace.

    But it all changes TODAY!

Mind if I get in on this one a bit late?

I started my calorie restricted diet a month ago now.

    Starting weight:

    239

    Current weight:

    227.5

I'm 23, 6'2, and my bodyfat is apparently impossible to calculate. Some places say up to 35%, some places say as low as 20%. At my level of muscle (working out off and on since I was 16/17), I'd be incredibly surprised if my bodyfat % is over 20-25%. I seriously doubt that my lean weight is going to be less than 180 at 6'2 with the amount of muscle I have.

Either way, if I can lose another 10lbs this month, 10lbs next month, I'll be in a good place for the beginning of summer.

Goal is, hopefully, around 205 by June. I'd like to get down under 10% bodyfat (like anyone) before I start a bulk cycle. Hopefully I can accomplish this by the beginning of August.

Anyway, after messing up last week and putting on a pound, this week has been extremely clean.

My exercise routine consists of fasted morning cardio and a 3-day weight training split. This week will be purely cardio (3 days so far) because I pulled an abdominal muscle deadlifting and I'm giving it time to heal itself before I go back to lifting.

    Down 4 this week.

    Start: 242
    Current: 236
    Goal: 212

Down only 6 pounds in 4 weeks. That means I need to keep a 3lb/week pace to make the goal of 212 by 6/12.

Hey guys as of this morning I'am 10lb down which puts me at 190lbs. I'm happy because I know it's fat loss and not water loss. I also lost 3 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my thighs and 2 inches off my hips, my clothes are fitting much looser now. 10lbs down 25lbs to go.:D

Oh yeah I got my BF% tested and it was a scary 31.1

One week from my last post.

    Start (March 1st):

    239

    Last week:

    227.5

    This week

    225

I usually lose a bit more than that, but fell off the wagon over Easter. Getting back into the swing of things now. Workouts start again tomorrow hopefully, after a bad abdominal pull two weeks ago and only cardio.

    Total over six weeks:

    Down 14 pounds

Right about on track. Just need to kick it up a notch from here on out to make 30 in 3 months.

Broken rib now, in addition to the pulled abdominal muscle (and a seemingly perpetually pulled hamstring).

    Count me out.

    Down 3 more this week.

    Start: 242
    Goal: 212
    Current: 233

If this pace keeps up, I might make it by 6/12.
