    Deads only fall on Wednesday every 4-5 weeks for me. :lol: I had some fun this morning, though:

    Deads:
    10x135
    5x185
    5x225
    Switched to mixed grip
    3x255
    3x290
    5x330 :)
    10x225+12 leg raises
    10x225+12 leg raises
    10x225+12 leg raises
    10x225
    added straps
    10x225

    That was the entire workout. :lol:

    You can use different positions but most people start rack pulls just below the knee.

    Lol, didnt post last wednesday when I did them, 115kg (253 lbs), my highest yet.

    Ill check in, in another two weeks when deads fall on the wednesday, should be up to 130kgs (286) by then, fingers crossed!
