1x3 175 after several rounds of warmup. Getting closer to where I was. It's amazing the difference extra calories make in throwing up weight :)

    95x10 135x10 185x3(+3 more spotted reps) 155[my body weight]x9

The last two weeks I got 185 for 5 but they weren't chest-touching, so today i decided to chest touch like i normally do all my other sets.

And I inclined 70's for 8, spotted to 10, felt great! (I'd never tried 70's before)

lat Bench - 2x5, 1x3 @ 185 -- failed in the third set. Spotter laughed at me and asked if I didn't have it today. Dick. But at least he spotted me :D

Incline Bench - 3x5 @ 160 -- was pretty easy, will go up 5 pounds next week.

    2 x 5 @ 132lbs (60kg) warm up then
    5 x 5's with 5RM in 5th set new PB yesterday at 280.5lbs (127.5kg).

Inc using Smith to try and open out the chest with an extra wide grip 132 x 10, 154 x 8, 176 x 6 then 21's on 110. Superset this with BB curls.

I also do 3 sets of Pec Dec and BW Dips supersetted with arm exercises.

5x5's has seen a 2.5kg increase each week for 6 consecutive weeks now....this is the first week I have gone back to a 3 day split but maintain 5x5 for my first exercise on that day (i.e. bench for C&A, Sq and OP for L&Sh and DL for B&Core).

The lifts on here are massive inspiration to cut weight and lift more at the same time!
