The Battle of the Dress Returns

    So here we go LSC. A new year a new challenge. This challenge is between LSC and myself. This time we are doing a point system with the following rules...

    1 mile = 1 point
    20 Min Cardio = 1 point
    Strength Training Workout = 1 point

    The loser must wear a sleeveless knee length dress and post a picture to this thread. :madpimp:

    The challenge starts NOW and will run until May 1, 2014. Each of us must post our points to this thread. If it's not posted here it does not count.

    Good luck LSC you're gonna need it.

    Hey, are we doing points to the quarter? Do I get 1.25 points if I run 1.25 miles?

    :nope: That's gets to crazy. How about if you run 1.5 you can round up to 2 points?

    :lol: I guess since the roads are bad I will run to the gym, do my cardio and run back home. Actually I think the roads may be good enough to squeeze in my cardio before the next round of snow comes in.

    This challenge is devised so that it's easier to earn cardio points than lifting. LSC, I know your plans yet was wondering, Jason, if you have any plans to run any races given that you'll be doing a lot of cardio if you want to win?

    Still haven't decided yet if I want to take on the running. My hunch is when I get my weight down some I will probably just naturally switch over to all running for cardio but we shall see.
