The 1000 club - Can you join it in 2008

    Right now I'm at

    Bench Press: 215
    Full Squat: 275
    Conventional Deadlift: 275

    total: 765

    I'll join you KoNcEpT61..

    Deadlifts: 315
    Squats..: 293
    Bench...: 154
    Total....: 762 lbs

    I use kilogram weights and convert them to lbs btw so it's prolly a bound or two more since I just remove the stuff after the .

    So far the bench is by far my weakest thing and where I see the least preformance increase, with both deadlifts and squats I'm consistantly upping from 5-10kg's a week right now (though I think I'm hitting a slow spot in that one for the comming weeks, it got really heavy and my grip is failing for more then one rep in DL and my back actually arched way to much on the second rep of 293 squats :doh:

    bench today up to 88kg (194lbs)

    Deadlifts: 315
    Squats..: 293
    Bench...: 194
    Total....: 802 lbs

    200 more to go!

    I should be able to bring this home in 2011.

    Here is what I was able to get today:

    Deadlift: 370 lbs
    Bench: 220 lbs
    Squat: 385 lbs

    Total: 975 lbs

    I think I might be able to get in within 6 weeks.

    I'll give it a try. Here is where i am right now:

    Bench: 170 w/dumbbells
    I am rehabbing a scapular injury and am not doing any BB bench right now. As I get closer to 1000, I may try for a 1RM with a barbell to get my numbers up to par.

    Squat: 305

    Deadlift: 360+
    I did 340 for a single today at the end of my workout, so I know I can get 360-380 fresh.

    Total: 835ish

    Still a long way to go. Getting my scapula in shape enough to use a BB for bench will help me quite a lot. I imagine I could do 225 right now with all things being equal.

    My immediate goals are 225 (DBs), 350 and 425 for bench, squat and deadlift.

    Uhh.. I guess it only took 7 days. I just nailed 400 pounds on a single rep deadlift.

    Deadlift: 400 lbs
    Squat: 385 lbs
    Bench: 220 lbs

    Total: 1005 lbs

    Done. Moving on...

    Revisiting this challenge.

    Best recent (last few weeks) lifts:

    Bench: 220
    Squat: 360
    Deadlift: 400
    Total: 980

    This is going to happen fairly soon. Once my right pec fully heals, my bench is going to improve dramatically. Even if that takes a while, my squat and deadlift should carry this one for me.

    Got it today, 5/12/12!

    Squat: 370
    Bench: 225
    Deadlift: 405

    Total: 1000

    Next step is my goal of a 1200lb total by the end of 2012. I have a long way to go but it's attainable if I keep training hard.

    Shit.. Im still ways away from this..

    Last year I hit a 265x 4 bench, 265x 5 squat & 405x 4 DL which would of put me real close to the 1000lbs..

    Atm Im on a single 265 bench, double 265 squat & single 390 DL

    920lbs

    Here is where I am right now:

    Deadlift: 315
    Squat: 245
    Bench: 245

    Total: 805

    I am expecting these numbers to go higher pretty quick over the next few months...:D
