I'm going to skip out on my #1 goal. I think I've achieved it, but, with four days left in my summer and my workouts already scheduled, I'm not going to test it. I'm still in on #2.

    At the moment, I'm batting:

    DL: ?
    FSQ: 145 kg
    MP: 85 kg

    Not too informative.

However, considering that I'm stronger on FSQs than I've ever been before, I'm expecting my BSQ to be about 160 kg at the moment. My last maxes were 130 / 150, so I think that's a very good estimate (maybe slightly conservative even). I'll probably test that in the next few weeks and a 90 kg press is just over the horizon. That leaves the question mark, which asks if I can pull a 203 kg DL. I honestly don't know. Good thing I still have 3.5 months left on this challenge. :D I am definitely on track. :tucool:

Jeeze, with football over the past month and a half, chico and michael have blown past me, and dave is increasing the gap every week.

I'm just adding incentive for you to make a strong come back after finishing up with that football nonsense. It's all you, Pete. :tucool:

Two weeks out from attempting baseline PRs before heading into my bulk. I still have a shot at 1000 with BP-SQ-DL if I can get my squat to a respectable weight. I spent most of the summer working on my flexibility problems and I can FINALLY do a ligitimate box squat (still working on ATG) and I'm ready to start adding weight.

It's been nearly 12 weeks since I've done a full BB dead, back squat, or BB Bench Press so I have no idea what I can do. I've been doing tons of dumbbell work, single-leg DBDLs, and front/Zercher squats since that is what my current program calls for.

Ok, this wasn't going to happen last year but hopefully I can get it this year.

This is where I currently stand:

    Dead: 160kg (353lbs)
    Squat: 136.5kg (301lbs)
    Bench: 82.5kg (182lbs)
    Total: 379kg (835lbs)

My bench is really letting the side down at the moment. That'll be first on the agenda.

Just keep driving the dead and squat upward, and the bench more or less has to eventually follow. Until you get to pretty heavy weights, for every two pounds you add on your bench, it's about the same work as adding three pounds on your dead and three pounds on your squat. So the total moves a lot faster from working on your dead and squat.

Yeah, I think it will be my deadlift that would drive the numbers up fastest. I think I could have got another 5-10 kg on my PR attempt if I hadn't gone for 160kg first. After that I was done.

I'd still like to drive my bench up. It's embarrassing. And no one has ever asked me how much I squat/deadlift.

Bench, dips, standing press, and shoulder girdle exercises to keep 'em healthy...you will be benching the 4 pack by summer...

I did almost nothing but squats for a couple months...came back and added 50 pounds to my deadlift in two sessions...that will being the dead up...:)
