Plenty of solo bench, deadlift or squat challanges but none for a joint 3 effort.. So here goes.. Goal for 2008... Deadlift= 405 Bench= 265 Squat= 330 Have yet not maxed out... But my best efforts. Bench= 3x 200 Deadlift= 1x 315 Pulled this a year ago, just starting to get back into these. Squats= 3x 165 Have not been training with these consistently, all has changed now... I think if i train hard enough i may well have a chance to hit the big "One triple O" I have been cutting for quite some time now.. So when the bulk begins I should see some nice strenght gains. Who's up for it?
