You can cook this any way you'd like, so I'm just posting the marinade, which I recommend leaving chicken in for at least 8 hours. Marinade for Tequila-Lime Chicken (easily enough for 2 lbs, likely 4): 1/2 cup gold Tequila 1/2 cup lime juice (many recipes double this, but I've found it WAY too much) 1/2 cup orange juice 1 Tbsp chili powder 1 minced jalapeƱo pepper ~4-6 smashed then minced cloves garlic 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Mix everything together, then place chicken in the marinade and refrigerate. I do 2 lbs at a time and put them in two bags with 1 lb each. Based on the above, if you assume that you consume 50% of the marinade, then 1 lbs will be 530 calories, 6 gm fat, 7 gm carbs, 105 gm protein.
