    I had a very lonely and uneventful Easter gym was empty so I spent a couple hours in there just hammering away.

    814 calories in just under 45 minutes
    Sprints are getting better in which the time it takes me to recover is less.

    Bench squats

    I have been keeping up on the my routine.

    Weigh in on the 1st 283, down 3 lbs this bi month.

    Ached, everything fricken ached.

    A sloppy run/walk routine that I managed to muscle through. 710 Calories in just over 40 minutes.

    I was doing intervals 30 second runs 30 second walks @7mph took a while for my heart rate to reach 120 like 20 minutes and I started running with just a 5 minute warm up. Does this mean my cardiovascular strength is increasing?

    Day 86

    Wife will be home in a few days and the scramble to get all my ducks in row have taken me away from the gym more frequently this week.....

    Sold the old car.
    3 trips to the dmv
    Registered the new car
    Tinted the windows on the new car.
    Fixed my daughters car (igniter and distributor)
    Shopped and purchased new living room furniture
    Shopped and purchased new bedroom furniture
    Got the carpets shampooed in the house
    Spare bedroom is now a blank canvas to do whatever she wishes with it.
    New ceiling fans installed
    Storage cleaned out
    3 job interviews

    I snuck in a few rounds of cardio this week as well and managed to pick up heavy things today too.

    My quad strength is better now then it has been in a while, my squats have continued to get heavier despite knee issues

    Cardio vascular strength is greatly improving my resting heart rate is now ranges from 60 to 62 bpm depending on how caffeinated I may be.

    My running intervals have improved greatly 30 seconds on 4mph, 30 seconds at 8mph and I can continue on this routine for 30 minutes.

    While I am dropping the bodyfat and putting on muscle and my cardio continues to improve, my concern is can I sustain this while she is home.

    We tend to enjoy life way too much and cheat meals turn into normal everyday meals and im worried that my current relationship with food is great that it will change in a few days.

    Just a drop in to let everyone know Im still on track.
    New job is working out great, I love gong to work again and have a very good life/work balance.
    Weighed in today at 274lbs.
    STill in the gym, at least once a week but hitting hard when Im there.
    Wifey has gottin in the swing of things and is in the gym with me.
