Target

    Thought ide just post my challenge.

    My overall target is to loose alot of fat and get RIPPED but for now as im 242lbs I would like to get to 200lbs. Maybe before summer if possible. :tu:

    Would this be reasonable to do with 4 1 hour sessions a week at the gym with 30 minutes each session of cardio and the rest lifting of 10-12 reps and 3 sets with a low fat diet??
