I found this forum a couple of years ago and I am now returning.

My current plan is so far pretty simple, but I need advice from those more experienced.

My current plan is simply to go to the gym three times a week. I am not looking to build mass, but to get leaner. I am currently at about 78.5kg, which is supposedly overweight as BMI turns out to be 25.6. I would like to lose the 3.5kg.

I need a simple workout program I can consistently stick to for about 12 weeks, then switch to strength training. Nothing heavy for the time being, just something to get me on the right track. I am open to all ideas.

    Thanks in advance!

Oh, and how do I change the avatar? It's outdated.

Strength training, along with a solid diet will help you to keep the lean mass you have whilst dropping fat. Have you lifted much before?
