    Well I figured I would star a journal just to keep track of my progress.
    I'm eating 40/40/20 and am using a FitDay.com download to track my cal intake so I can keep me eating clean.

    I'm 32 , 5'8" and I started working out Jan 5th 2005 and my starting weight was 178.5 at 23% BF , got that skinny fat guy thing goin on !!! Doing weights on Sun. , Tues. , and Thur. and fasted cardio on all off days.

    My starting stats are on the left and my new measurments ( as of Feb 21st ) are on the right. All in inches.......

    Chest 40 / 40.5
    Waist 37.5 / 35.5
    Abdomen 39 / 35.5
    Hips 40 5/8 / 38 3/4
    biceps 12 L 12 1/4 R ....... 12 L / 12 7/8 R com on left arm !!!
    Forearm 11 1/8 / 11 1/4 .......... 11 / 11 1/2
    Thigh 20 3/4 / 21 ......... 19 3/8 / 20 1/8
    calf 16 / 16 .......... 16 / 16

    and check this out ............
    starting blood pressure 140 / 96 now its 122 / 86

    Body Fat was 23 % now its down to 19%

    Starting weight was 178.5 now its 165 13.5 lb weight loss :D

    Was eating 1600 to 1800 cals a day but thanks to some help on these forums I've uped it to 2000 a day as of yesterday. Updates to follow as well as pics ...........

    Ok , the measurments are pretty similar exept I lost another inch and off my waist and a 1 3/4 off my hips and both my arms went up about a 1/4 inch so slow but steady :) and all my lifts have increased !!!

    My weight on the other hand is lookin good , down to 160 now so makin good progress. I dont know my new BF yet but as all the good places are gettin bigger and the bad are getting smaller ( that sounds kinda porno-ish doesnt it LoL ) I would have to say my Bf is goin down.

    Started SwoleGenix at the end of last week so Ill hit ths back next week with new BF and total measurments.............

    Still 160 but Bodyfats gone down to 17.6% :claphigh:

    Down to 158 now .......... :flex:
    Lost another inch off my waist , and another 1/2 inch off my neck and hips so still slow but sure !!! Starting to see ab definition when I flex :D

    Hi all , missed Mondays update 'cause of Easter so as of today......

    Weight still at 158lbs

    All measurments pretty much the same as they were the last update.

    My BF is now at 14.4 % :D This I have to say is because of me being on Swolecats SGX cutting program ......... losing the fat and keeping ( or gaining ) muscle. Completed week 3 of the program and am making great gains , if you ever wondered about swolecat or the program STOP and get on it. SGX rocks :db:

    Wow ! I havent hit this all month ............ :eek:

    Got my bf tested today and now I'm at 152 lbs. and 12.3 % BF. I'm going to keep on SGX till July 4th ( where I should be at 10% or less and have a full 6 pack instead of the "4pack" I have now ) and then start on SUP2 for my bulk.

    hey there. i was just reading through your journal. seems your making great progress! we're "basically" the same size so it's nice to see someone elses progress from around the same starting points. how are your measurements now? seen any gains? or are you cutting before adding more muscle?

    Hi , whats up ? I checked out your pics and your pretty close ( close enough anyway ) to how I was when I started back in January. Yes , I'm cutting , I'm on Swolecats SGX cutting program and making great progress. I highly recomend his program , check out his site I'm sure it will help. I post under "steve" on his site and have a journal there with some logged measurments although I think the last measurments I posted there were from earlier this month. Ya , I plan on cutting till the fourth of July 'cause on the 5th of July it will be the end of my 6 month cutting period :claplow: and then I'm going to go on SUP2 ( Swolecats bulking program ) so I figure I'll be at 10% or lower bodyfat , probably lower more like 8 or 9% at the rate I'm going now :tu: and probably around 145-148 lbs and then I'll bulk. :db:

    Well 148 lbs as of this morning so weight goal reached and surpassed :D I'll prob. end up around 140 at the rate I'm going now.

    Today I'm sitting at 146 lbs and 9.8% :cool:

    I'm continuing my cut till the fourth of July and then I'll start my bulk ( I'm gonna use SUP2 ) , cant wait to put some muscle on now that the fats gone ...............

    Thanks , there coming , they will be up when I'm done with my cut on the 4th of July. :tu:
