Hey guys for a while I had been out of shape and over the past few weeks I started training hard and went from 193 to 178 punds and feel great. My plan now is to go complete a bunch of the obstacle course races that I have read about. I plan on going through and completing events such as the Spartin sprint, warrior dash, rugged maniac, mudathon, and work my way up to the grand dady of them all the 12 mile Tough Mudder event comming to my area in october. I have been training for about 4 and a half weeks now and am seeing alot of positive results however I was wondering if any of you have competed in something similer and have any tips for me on how I should be training. The spartin sprint is in mid april and the rest are in june july and august. Thanks
