    Thanks for the vote of confidence! I appreciate it! Its really great that you are taking the time to help & encourage the rest of us trying to follow in your footsteps. I can feel myself getting stronger, and can see some muscle growth. Doing simple things like pullups (which I couldnt ever do a ton of.. try 2) are getting so simple where I think I'll have to add weights soon when I do them.
    I'm completely open to comments on what I should do, or what I should 'attack', as I feel like I dont have a clue what I'm doing! I've even told my wife I'm open to trying tuna... hey thats a big step for me!
    Anyways, thanks John and everyone else for your encouragments and advice!

    I think you have the potential to be a monster. Hit your chest hard -- I think it's a weak spot for you right now, but with some work it will make your upper body look really wide and strong. You have naturally well-developed lats and traps, IMO.

    Damn, that's quite the fast change for such a short amount of time.

    I wonder what you'll look like 2 months from now :tucool:

    Looking good. I don't see much of a change either but if you cut for several weeks or more, do a clean-bulk and then cut again, heh, you'll be looking even better.

    Trust me, I see it. Especially in your collarbone/trap region as well as your abs. I also see your pecs have grown a bit fuller as well as a bit more striated as well.
