 I am really having a bad string of injuries lately. I don't understand why, but it's getting old. Here's the most hindering one right now.

Back at Christmas time I got some pretty bad pain in my right shoulder when trying to do some max benching. I had the trainer that I was going to at the time (for my torn calf) do a quick check of it and she said it was most likely an AC joint sprain... give it some time to rest and it should heal.

I've tried lifting again only once since as I've had some degree of pain ever since.

Just this past weekend while messing around, I discovered that there seems to be a bump about the size of an eraser. Here are two pictures where I circled the area of concern with a marker.

Any input? I'm thinking that I need to go to a Sports Medicine Dr...

    It's the running, dude!

Having said that, try doing very light isolation shoulder exercises, like 2.5 lbs plates or 5 lbs plates only. Do super sets of these.

Worked wonders for my shoulder injury. Did them 3x per week just to get blood flowing.

 don't really want to be the running dude... can't get healthy enough to keep lifting, so it's all I've got right now.

    I'll give it a shot...
