Go to a site like www.bodybuilding.com or something and search their archives for shoulder exercises. It is very easy to find routines on the internet for shoulders. Another option would be to go to google and type in "shoulder lifting routine" or something and see what it comes up with...maybe even type "shoulder exercises".

    DB lateral raise, side
    DB lateral raise, front
    DB lateral raise, bent-over
    Dumbell seated press

Use as much weight as possible for 8-12 reps, when you reach 12 reps, add weight.

Currently, my shoulder work uses Cuban Rotations (the rotation part of a Cuban Press) and then External DB Rotations. I'm trying to strengthen the smaller muscles where I have real weaknesses.

What weights are you using? Instead of rows, change to an overhead press. Do movements slow and controlled. shoulder width grip on barbell. Don't lock out elbows at top of movement, keep slight bend.

Remember on laterals you move not only to the sides but also to the back. you lean about 20 degrees forward. Keep weight parraell to the floor, don't let one end be higher than other. do as many reps as possible then quickly remove 20% and continue for as many as possible. one set should do you if you used enough weight. You can use that techique with the press also. In effect one big long set with reduced weight on the end part, not resting more than equiptment change. :gl:

Do handstand pushups. Can't do handstand pushups, just do handstands against a wall and hold it for as long as possible. Eventually you'll be able to squeak out some pushups. If you can do handstand pushups then walk on your hands. You can walk on your hands. Great, now walk on your hands up stairs.

No dumbbells needed and you can do it just about anywhere.
