    I forgot about this thread! :o Last week was a BUST. Here's the rundown:



    Weekly Recap

    Runs: 2 (+10 points)
    Lifting: 2 (+6 points)
    Missed Workouts: 3 (-9 points)

    TOTAL POINTS: 20

    Jason has been extremely busy! He will be back soon, but until then, he wants this challenge to continue. I suggested we put it off for only a couple of weeks. That seems to be when his schedule will resume some sense of normalcy, but he doesn't want to renege on a commitment.

    I keep losing track of what I've done for the week because I'm not recording it well at all. So, here's this week (started Monday). Now I can just update this every day.

    MON: Run: 2 miles; 22:20 minutes (+5 pts)
    TUE: 40 min run/walk (+5 pts)
    WED:
    THU:
    FRI:
    SAT:
    SUN:

    Maybe we need to restart this thing and do it right?? Work should be alot better starting this week!

    I haven't been keeping track of anything, what little I've done. Leaving at 6am and not getting home until 11 or so was brutal! Anyway, shoot me a PM and let me know what you think or I can quit now and just post a pic of me in a Teddy! :lol: :barf:

    Ok, we've officially restarted this little challenge.

    Runs = 3 points
    Lifting = 2 points
    Nutrition = 1 point


    To get the nutrition point you must eat clean and follow your plan 100%to earn that point. If you miss your workouts you just don't get the points.

    TRM - Day 1: 7/27
    Runs = 0
    Lifting = 2:flex:
    Nutrition = 0
    Total Points = 2

    No you don't! If you did one run you're only 2 points behind! Cmon professor positive....GET TO IT! I need to fully engage as well. No runs for me yet!:mad:

    Didn't fair so well with Nutrition yesterday either. Not the amount of food but the choices were not healthy.

    I have seven points total. Lately, I have done horribly in this challenge and on the fitness front as a whole. No longer.

    I'll begin updating this each night beginning today.

    Nutrition was perfect yesterday. I was supposed to run, but my foot was giving me fits so I walked for 40 minutes instead.
