This challenge is really for myself but anyone is welcome to comment or join in. I have been finding myself slipping lately, having way to many cheats meals which end up being cheat days. Always with sweets for some reason or another, I start out with a bowl of ice-cream and end up eating everything sweet within my immediate reach (including going to the shops for sweets, ice-cream, cookies etc). At first it was just once or twice but now its happening all the time.

So this is where I will check in once a day for the next 30 days.

    Rules:

    1. No cheats at all, including all types of sweets.
    2. No unscheduled meals
    3. No missed workouts (4 per week at least)
    4. Lose at least two kilograms
    5. Check in at least once a day

Starting on the 5th of July 2007.

Good job! You are back on board and ready to go! I have battled with the same thing...borderline bulumia...take it one day at a time and remember ONE cookie will not ruin your progress, but one PACKAGE of cookies can set you back. Good luck!

    Hi

I have had the same problem, started off one day off out of the blue, really needed to eat something sweet. That was earlier this week and for the past three or four days i have had an aufully bad need to eat sweet stuff and its driving me absolutely nuts.

Thought maybe its not eating enough, and bieng rather tired this week more than usual.

Excersise hasnt stopped though. need to get back on track and stay there.

    Jo
