Truly inspiring work, Benny. Great job! I have to agree with the other poster though, definitely prefer the 190 lb you than the 168 lb you. Waaaay more intimidating heh

To sum it up. Greater Calorie Deficiency. Increase Cardio and weight lifting. The basics! :) 2 hour session, four times a week. Decrease meals size and increase amount of meals a day. All the great advice and guidelines offered by others!

I dunno, I rather be ripped then bulky haha :tu: It is true that I may be more intimidating with the extra fat, but I look better without the extra fat! I still lift the same weight now, as I did when I was 190 pounds 2 months ago! So i'll be intimidating with my strenght!

Hey guys thought I would share my progress again. I have always been on and off with keeping a clean diet and a strict routine. Personal life has been effecting my mood which ultimately effects my progress. Start again Dec 2013. Started at 190 lbs. I ended dropping my weight to 170 lbs by the beginning of February 2014. I have been trimming down since that period not paying attention to weight but more into body fat percentage.

    This is Dec 2013 - Feb 2014

This last one was taken middle of March.

I will try to make montly picture to show my progress. In hopes to help others to keep motivated. Long way since 2005 at 241 :). Still aiming for 9 percent body fat. This will be a never ending battle between fat lose and maintaining lean muscle mass.

There is nothing I can do in regards to the loose skin at my middle section. My skin has not tighten up since I lost 80 pounds in a 6 month period 9 years ago.

Here is to a good 4 month start!
