No chart this week. My computer got fried. I'm on my brother's laptop and it doesn't have excel. Hopefully things will be working by next week. Until then, good luck everyone.
Well this Friday I was at 215.0! Thats the average mind you. I didn't count the freak 211 I had on tues.... Only 2 pounds this week but my bodyfat % is going down too! I havent posted my bf % yet because I wasn't sure as to the accuracy. I'm using a 3 point caliper measurement and I guess a 5-7 point may be better. Either way I believe it gives me a good general idea of whats going on. I measure the same spots and the same way each time. So far I haven't lost any lean muscle mass in this cut... But that may be more due to me using a ketogenic diet than my less than stellar workouts lately. Keep up the good work everyone!
Great job Echo. Keeping lean mass while losing fat is definately the way to lose weight.

I think I should get some calipers and then maybe ave the two? (scale and calipers) I might pick some up this weekend. Digital any good? I'm gonna search the forum and see if I can find some info.

Well after two weeks of levelling out, the lazyness and bad eating has caught up with me.

213 This morning! Hopefully i'll start my workouts this week.... I've had to take a few weeks off because of an injury... I'm hoping the workouts on top of my diet will really kickstart my weightloss! We'll see in a few days how it's going.....

212 this morning. Are we updating stats at the end of the week or the beginning? Either way i'm happy with my diet right now. My eating seems to be spot on. Now if I can just get my workouts back in check! Not sure at this point if my 190 goal is still reachable by Dec. 1st or not, but i'm going to give it a shot! I am sure i'll be in the 190's somewhere by then though! That'll be a total of 60 lbs lost since I started my weight loss back in 06' I was 256 back then. I should put some pictures in my journal but i've been real lazy about that... One last thing... I might start a challenge for new years..... Or maybe ask to extend this one til then? I think my actual loss should be down to 185.... Thats because the second I get off a cut I gain 5lbs overnight! Thats because my body has a chance to replenish its muscle and liver glycogen and I retain water... But If i get to 185 by new years it'll be the lowest I've been since 6th grade! I've been going at a steady 2lbs a week now, but i'm thinking if I put in 5X25-45min cardio sessions a week, and 5-40 min weight workouts a week I may be able to push that to 3-3.5lbs a week..... Maybe.... Good luck everyone! I hope we still have some people in on this one! I've finally kept up with a challenge!
