Reach Your Weightloss Goal by December 1st

    What I mean is, why don't you stick to the methods of measurements of BF you've used so far, considering that they provide you with the dynamics of change over time, and that they seem to be more real to you?

    180.6 for me. I seem to be not doing so great with the weightloss. Why does food have to taste so good? Well, at least there's still plenty of time to make a dent in my goal. :nod:

    I seem to have levelled out this week. Had a bit of a stressfull one with my Mother being taken into hospital so my mind hasn't been in the game as such, so my stats for this week are still :

    Weight: 211 lb
    BF% = 18.1
    Waist 37.5

    Sorry to hear about you mom. Hope everything turns out well. Don't worry about leveling out. Seems quite a few of us here have also leveled out.

    well, i'm down to 65 kg again. anyways, i'm off for another trip again, but when i come back next week, i better be at least one place up Blue:p:)

    Wow, I'm numero uno! That's nice, but it seems to be mostly due to underambitious goals. So let's upgrade 'em to, say, 88 kg and 16% of BF, just to make things interesting - this will get me awfully close to my own goal of 86 kg and 15% BF, which I didn't plan to reach till the end of the year, but what the heck - challenge should be challenging, right?

    235 and 26.4% Don't know how accurate my scale is for bf% but at least it's going down. :)

    I'm at 217 again today.... I probably would've lost a couple this week but I went out this weekend and ate and drank way too much! :o It took me 4 days to drop back down. I have nobody to blame but myself. I've cut out the alcohol for the remainder of this month. We'll see if that helps. I'm also adding some upper body workouts this week. I tore a ligament on the top of my foot a few weeks ago... I'd say its only 50-60% healed so the treadmill and lower body workouts aren't an option right now. Keep up the good work everyone!
