Long term goal, but wanted to throw this one out there. I think it's reachable. Attaining this will require a combination of strength gain and weight loss. Personal best was 252 @ 200 (BW x 1.26) on 8/26/11. Stopped training overheads after that to focus on event training for an October Higlander, then a November PL meet. Started overheads again this past Friday 12/2 and was able to get 185 for a triple. Failed at 215. We'll see how quickly this comes back. Target: BW 185, push press 275.
