Was supposed to do some deads but my lower back was acting kinda funny all day so i skipped them.
Underhand close grip lat pull downs: 4x6x200#

I did something like 38 sets in my full workout today.
Pendlay Row to stomach - 3x5 @ 185 -- easy, will go up 5 pounds next week.
Pendlay Row to neck - 3x5 @ 135 -- Didn't have time to think about what weight I did last week in order to increase. I finished my workout at 10:01 despite the gym closing at 10. So, I was rushing through this like a fiend.
3x5 @ 190 Pendlay Row to stomach
3x5 @ 145 Pendlay to neck
Close grip underhand lat pull-down: (3x6, 3)x205#
Close grip underhand lat pull-downs: 3x10x160#
I did some rows the other day:
Single arm long bar rows: Plates only
i'm never sure what qualifies as a pull but i'm sure something in today's workout does...
Heavy back work today first time in 3 weeks.

BB Bent Over Rows:
4x10 @ 225
(Some light dynamic push stuff here to balance things out)
Wide Grip Pull-Ups
4x15 @ BW
Neutral Grip Pull-Ups
BWx8, BWx6, BWx4 and I was cooked
Some abs and sled drags and my day was over

How the HELL did you get all that done for under 400 Calories? Were they having a sale?
sadly they're always on special when ur my size.
at least i'll get a great epoc all day. 2.5 hours of farm chores tonight will burn about 800 more. that makes me pretty happy since on a nonworkout day that would only normally burn about 450.
At least she doesn't have to eat a couple houses to make up for it.
