    Thanks -- I've worked harder on pulling exercises in the last two years than almost anything else. For years I had chronic shoulder pain and inflexibility, and am now convinced it is because my push/pull ratio sucked. Since upping my pulling strength, my shoulders are 100% pain free!

    These days I only do conventional deads sporadically, with most of my deadlifting being in the form of RDL on leg day. I can RDL 455 x 8 reps. My best conventional dead is 585. I hit that about a year ago.

    yeah, but you are 40 pounds lighter and are beating my best deadlift :mad: And, you are on the verge of beating my weighted pullups :mad: :mad: :mad:
