Potato or PoTAAto

    hey all, ill make it quick

    i was revising my before/after workout meal.

    where would u fit the white potato and the sweet potato?

    example: white potato before workout and sweet potato after?

    personally, i would eliminate both. Right now I am experiencing phenomal results with my only carbs being post workout(optimum glycoload) and then in the form of brocholli. Maybe some rolled oats in the morning. my diet looks as follows. The final numbers are off by 130 calories(i upped my calories)

    however, to answer your question, i'd go with a postworkout shake of whey and dextrose, and have the sweet potato 90 minutes after you consume your post workout shake, with a lean meat.
