Also, this excerpt didn't provide any training advice. Do I need to subscribe to the podcast and / or find full versions?
I posted the link before I listened to it. In retrospect, it was a pretty lame piece... sounded like they were subtly poking fun at the whole idea of training for grip strength. I apologize to anyone who wasted their time.
MT77 and P'dude, I agree with both of you. Not that I could close a #2, but it's certainly not a world class standard and I thought I detected an undertone of mocking. Whatever.
One good thing did come out of me listening yesterday and that was that I picked up my grippers and did three sets.
