Hi everyone, I've been weight training 3 x per week and cardio 3 x per week for the last 10 weeks. (body for life). I would like to know your ideas/guesses of what my body fat percentage might be now, since you seem to be very good at doing this!.. many thanks, ps: sorry the pics are so big..not used to this! t

Thank you!~ That is what my readings are telling me too, but i wanted some extra input. Well, I started at just over 37 % 10 weeks ago, so I guess that's progress!
