    Ok... I went to Planet Fitness yesterday.

    Did the circuit training thing with the ladies, only instead of dancing on the steps during the one minute "rest" period, I actually rested.

    Anywhere from 25-35 reps with moderate weight on ten exercises in one minute increments FTW.

    Gonna probably do it again tomorrow, and then look at next week to step slowly into a real weight training program.
