    Ok... I went to Planet Fitness yesterday.

    Did the circuit training thing with the ladies, only instead of dancing on the steps during the one minute "rest" period, I actually rested.

    Anywhere from 25-35 reps with moderate weight on ten exercises in one minute increments FTW.

    Gonna probably do it again tomorrow, and then look at next week to step slowly into a real weight training program.

    Yep... those are the ones. Supposedly you can do all the stuff you would do in a step aerobic workout, with the benefit of a handle on the side if you aren't coordinated to, uhm, walk up stairs? Most of the time I've seen them used as towel racks or places to lean while you talk to friends.
